Former Soldier advises Presidency on Boko Haram.

A former Nigerian solder, Festus Emeka has indicated possible measure to curb the menace of Boko Haram in Nigeria. Discussing online
, the ex Nigerian soldier hinted that building toll booths in strategic Nigerian roads and installing chemical and bomb detectors in the booths will help the fighting soldiers win the battle against the terrorists. Read his works; when the government build toll booths in Nigeria major roads and install them with bomb and chemical detectors, it will deter the perpetrators from carrying out their of terror business. On other hand, when these detectors are installed, they can automatically scan and give results to monitors thereby propelling the guards at stations to shot at sight or bring suspects to book.
